Deposit Required To Hold Limousine
We currently spend over $4000.00 per month in advertising, and unlike some other limousine companies we do not overbook our cars. But due to the amount of last minute cancellations on very busy days, it has become necessary to charge a deposit that is non refundable. Of course this deposit is applied to your run, and if you need to make a last minute change we will do everything we can to get the job done. By giving us your credit card number, check, or cash, you are consenting to this non-refundable policy.

Cancellations and No-Shows
For corporate airport transfers, we require a five hour notice prior to scheduled pickup time(s) in order to waive our minimum charge.
Scheduled, hourly reservations require one week notice of cancellation, with a forfeit of the required deposit.
Late cancellations (under one week) are charged at the respective minimum for that vehicle.
No-Shows or cancellation on day of scheduled reservation shall result in a charge of the total amount of the scheduled reservation, including the chauffeur's 20% wage.
